  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise substitute Greek yogurt for healthier option
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream Greek yogurt is also a good substitute
  • 2 cloves Garlic finely minced
  • 3 stalks Green Onions use both green and white parts
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce gluten-free options available
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp Thai Sweet Chili Sauce for topping
For the Wonton Chips
  • 10 pcs Wonton Wraps substitute with egg roll wrappers if unavailable
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, sliced green onions, soy sauce, sugar, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  3. Pour the well-mixed dip into an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese generously on top.
  4. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. While the dip is baking, cut your wonton wraps in half diagonally. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat and fry the wonton triangles until golden brown and crispy.
  6. After baking, let the dip cool for a minute, then drizzle Thai sweet chili sauce over it and garnish with extra green onions. Serve hot with crispy wonton chips.
