- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, sliced green onions, soy sauce, sugar, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Pour the well-mixed dip into an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese generously on top.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- While the dip is baking, cut your wonton wraps in half diagonally. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat and fry the wonton triangles until golden brown and crispy.
- After baking, let the dip cool for a minute, then drizzle Thai sweet chili sauce over it and garnish with extra green onions. Serve hot with crispy wonton chips.
