- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 8 oz of softened cream cheese with 1 cup of powdered sugar. Use an electric mixer on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until creamy and smooth.
- Gently fold in 8 oz of thawed frozen whipped topping using a spatula, then add ¾ cup of chopped pecans and ¾ cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips, folding in lightly.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch pie plate or serving dish and spread evenly.
- Heat ½ cup of caramel dip in the microwave for 15-20 seconds, drizzle it over the cheesecake dip along with chocolate syrup.
- Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of chopped pecans and ¼ cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips on top.
