Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread thick-cut French fries evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake according to package instructions, about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, plain yogurt, sour cream, and minced garlic. Add lemon juice, chopped parsley, dill, oregano, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Once fries are out of the oven, sprinkle with salt while hot. Let cool slightly.
  4. Arrange crispy fries on a serving platter and drizzle with the yogurt sauce.
  5. Sprinkle additional crumbled feta cheese and fresh herbs on top. Serve immediately.
