  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in one container of Cool Whip.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled brownies evenly.
  5. In another bowl, combine chocolate pudding mix, vanilla pudding mix with cold milk. Whisk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  6. Pour the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
  7. Spread the second container of Cool Whip over the pudding, smoothing it out evenly.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
