Preparation Steps

  3. Add eggs to the melted mixture and stir until a consistent dough forms.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add beef, onions, and bell peppers, and sauté until cooked.
  5. On a floured surface, divide the dough and roll into flat rounds. Spoon filling onto half of the dough.
  6. Fold dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape and seal edges.
  7. Place rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
