  • 1/2 cup Diced Pickles pat them dry
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions optional, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder adjust to taste
For the Roll-Ups
  • 8 slices Salami medium-thick slices
  • 8 Toothpicks optional for securing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, diced pickles, optional green onions, and garlic powder. Mix until creamy.
  2. Lay down parchment paper and arrange slices of salami in an overlapping pattern on the surface.
  3. Spread about a teaspoon of the filling onto each slice of salami, leaving a small border.
  4. Starting from one end, roll up each slice tightly and secure with a toothpick if desired.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to enhance flavor and shape.
