Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by placing 6 large eggs in a saucepan and covering them with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat, simmering for 10 minutes.
  2. After cooling for 10 minutes, gently tap each egg to crack the shell, then peel under running water.
  3. In the bowl with the yolks, add mayonnaise, spinach, artichokes, Dijon mustard, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper. Mash until creamy.
  4. Fill each egg white half generously with the yolk mixture, mounding it slightly above the egg white.
  5. Garnish with paprika or fresh herbs and serve.
