  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add tortellini, and cook according to package instructions for 3-5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat, add chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3 minutes. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
