  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your loaf pan by greasing it with butter or lining it with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients: melted butter, sour cream, eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly and tapping to release air bubbles.
  6. Bake for approximately 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  8. Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar with lemon juice until smooth.
