  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese or Grana Padano
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the dry white wine and 2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the remaining melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss the shrimp in this mixture.
  4. In another bowl, mix together panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
  5. Layer the coated shrimp in a baking dish and sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over them.
  6. Bake for about 12 minutes, then broil for an additional 2 minutes for extra crunch.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
