Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until mixed.
  2. Gradually add milk to the dry mixture, stirring to form a ball.
  3. Knead the dough gently on a floured surface until smooth, then shape into a rectangle.
  4. Cover the shaped dough and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Divide dough into four pieces and roll each into a disc, making a small hole in the center.
  6. Heat vegetable oil to 350°F in a skillet or pot.
  7. Fry each disc for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway.
  8. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with toppings of choice.
