Step-by-Step Instructions for Mediterranean Chicken Zucchini Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease the baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Combine chicken, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and garlic in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and add oregano, basil, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  9. Let the dish rest for a few moments, then garnish with parsley and serve.
