Method

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 finely diced onion and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Incorporate 1 pound of ground beef, seasoning with salt, smoked paprika, and oregano. Cook until the beef is browned, around 5-7 minutes, then stir in 1 cup of tomato sauce. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Lay out 4 flour tortillas and spread a tablespoon of spicy mayo down the center of each. Layer with fried rice, drizzle with nacho cheese sauce, add sour cream, sprinkle with tortilla strips, then top with the ground beef.
  4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and tightly roll them up. Preheat your skillet over medium heat and lightly oil if desired.
  5. Place each burrito seam-side down on the skillet and grill for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and grill the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove the burritos, slice in half, and serve hot with extra spicy mayo on the side.
