Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Wash and dry the sweet potatoes, then slice them into ½-inch rounds.
  3. Melt butter and mix in oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper in a saucepan.
  4. Coat the sweet potato rounds in the butter mixture in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Arrange the sweet potato slices on a greased baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast the sweet potatoes for about 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Drizzle maple syrup over the sweet potatoes in the last 5-7 minutes of cooking.
