Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, ricotta, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and oregano in a bowl. Mix until creamy.
  3. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water for 6-7 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and return to pot.
  4. In a skillet, brown the sausage and onion for 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 1 more minute.
  5. Mix browned sausage and onion with spaghetti and marinara sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Layer half of the spaghetti mixture into a greased baking dish, spread the cheese mixture, then top with remaining spaghetti.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and broil for 3-5 minutes until cheese is golden.
  9. Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
