- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine cream cheese, ricotta, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and oregano in a bowl. Mix until creamy.
- Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water for 6-7 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and return to pot.
- In a skillet, brown the sausage and onion for 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 1 more minute.
- Mix browned sausage and onion with spaghetti and marinara sauce until evenly coated.
- Layer half of the spaghetti mixture into a greased baking dish, spread the cheese mixture, then top with remaining spaghetti.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and broil for 3-5 minutes until cheese is golden.
- Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
