- Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper. Cook by grilling, baking, or frying for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and honey until smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
