Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush the unbaked pie crust with a beaten egg white and pre-bake for 7-8 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, heavy cream, and milk until smooth.
