Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, and whole grain mustard until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shaved Brussels sprouts, stirring frequently for about 4-5 minutes until tender.
  3. In the same skillet, add ground chicken and brown for 2-3 minutes undisturbed. Break apart with a spatula and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Pour the prepared balsamic sauce over the browned ground chicken, stirring well to coat evenly. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. Return the sautéed Brussels sprouts to the skillet, mix gently, and season with salt and black pepper. Cook together for an additional minute.
