- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add rotini pasta, cooking until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Lower the heat and add minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add BBQ sauce, honey, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return cooked sausage to the skillet along with the drained pasta. Toss to coat evenly and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
