Step-by-Step Instructions for Oven-Baked Cabbage Burgers
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Carefully slice your cabbage into ½ inch thick rounds, lay them on the baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, onion, garlic, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and optionally the egg. Mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into patties about the size of the cabbage rounds and place each patty on top of a cabbage slice.
