- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the bread flour, instant yeast, fine sea salt, garlic powder, and dried Italian seasoning.
- Slowly pour in warm water and olive oil into the dry mixture. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- Fold in roasted garlic and half of the freshly grated Parmesan into the dough.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rest at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours.
- Flour a clean work surface and shape the dough into a round ball.
- Transfer the shaped dough onto parchment paper and sprinkle with remaining grated Parmesan and flaky salt.
- Preheat the Dutch oven in the oven at 450°F (230°C) for at least 30 minutes.
- Lower the dough into the hot Dutch oven and bake covered for 25 minutes.
- Remove the lid and continue to bake uncovered for an additional 15 to 18 minutes.
- Once baked, let the bread cool on a wire rack for at least 20 minutes.
