  • 1 can Chipotle peppers in adobo Adjust quantity based on spice level.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your broiler to high and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Place halved tomatillos, whole garlic cloves, thick slices of onion, and fresh pineapple onto the baking sheet and broil for about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven, flip all ingredients, and broil for an additional 5 minutes until charred.
  4. Transfer the charred ingredients into a blender, add chipotle peppers, and pulse until chunky.
  5. Taste and adjust with kosher salt; stir well and serve with tortilla chips or tacos.
