Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the pistachio cream, roasted pistachios, and chocolate chunks.
  7. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden and the centers are still soft.
