Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, crack one large egg, then add 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined and creamy.
  2. Slowly incorporate 1/3 cup of protein powder into the mixture, whisking thoroughly. Pour in 1/4 cup of milk to adjust the batter consistency.
  3. Dip each slice of bread into your custard mixture, allowing to soak for about 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Place each soaked slice into the skillet, cooking for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Transfer cooked French Toast onto a plate and serve with desired toppings.
