- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9x9-inch baking pan by lining it with foil and spraying with cooking spray.
- Open the two tubes of cinnamon roll dough and slice each roll into bite-sized pieces. Scatter evenly in the prepared dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, pumpkin puree, milk, brown sugar, granulated sugar, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, ground cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
