Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Fill a large pot with salted water and bring it to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions for 6-8 minutes. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water if needed.
  2. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and chopped onion. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking up beef and softening onions.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Sauté for an additional minute.
  4. Sprinkle all-purpose flour over the beef mixture, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Gradually pour in beef broth while stirring to avoid lumps. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-10 minutes until thickened.
  6. Add drained egg noodles into the skillet and toss until coated in the gravy. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
