  2. Prepare the Sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together chicken broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, white pepper, and sesame oil.
  3. Cook the Noodles: Boil water and cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions, about 3-5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  4. Stir-Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet and add marinated chicken, cooking for 4-5 minutes until golden. Remove and keep warm.
  5. Sauté Aromatics: In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, stir-frying until fragrant.
