Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by slicing the boneless skinless chicken breasts into thin strips and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat and add the chicken. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
  3. Add another tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet and toss in the green beans. Stir for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, and stir constantly for about one minute.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a bowl, then pour over chicken and green beans, stirring to coat.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and bubbles.
  7. Serve the stir-fry hot over rice or noodles.
