Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cutting boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1-2 inch pieces, ideal for skewering. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with ranch dressing, minced garlic, and half of the grated parmesan cheese. Toss until well-coated and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Once marinated, thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the assembled skewers on the grill, cooking for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan cheese over the top just before removing from the grill.
