Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
  2. Place Ritz Bits in a large mixing bowl. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over them and stir gently until well-coated.
  3. In a zip-top bag, add powdered sugar and hot chocolate mix. Seal and shake vigorously until well combined.
  4. Add coated Ritz Bits to the bag and shake gently until fully covered in the sugar mixture.
  5. Spread the mixture onto wax paper and cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes to set.
  6. Once cool, break apart any clusters and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
