Cooking Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add butter until it melts and bubbles.
- Crack one large egg into the skillet, season lightly, and cook for 2-3 minutes until whites are set and yolk is runny.
- In the same skillet, warm one flour tortilla for 1 minute, add half the shredded cheese, place a fried egg on top, and add avocado slices with remaining cheese.
- Place the second tortilla on top and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from skillet, let cool for a minute, then cut into wedges and serve warm, optionally garnished with toppings.
