  • 3 cups Green Cabbage Shredded
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
For the Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce Or coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste
For Garnish
  • 2 Green Onions Sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds Optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it’s browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat from the skillet and set the cooked beef aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the finely diced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Stir occasionally until the onions become soft and translucent.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and ground ginger. Cook for 1 minute, continuously stirring until fragrant.
  4. Add the shredded cabbage and sauté for 4-5 minutes, stirring often until slightly crunchy.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Pour over the beef and cabbage mixture, stirring well.
  6. Sprinkle sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds over the dish before serving.
