  • 1 pound Kielbasa or Smoked Sausage substitute with chicken sausage for a lighter option
  • 1 pound Baby Creamer Potatoes or fingerling or Yukon gold potatoes, halved
  • 1 pound Green Beans fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil or olive oil for richer flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Butter can be replaced with dairy-free alternative
  • 1 medium Onion or shallots for milder taste
  • 3 cloves Garlic fresh preferred, powdered is an alternative
  • 1 tablespoon Slap Ya Mama® Seasoning or any preferred Cajun seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes omit if preferred milder
  • 1/4 cup Water or chicken broth for more flavor
Optional Toppings
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese sprinkle on top before baking
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers or Sweet Corn for extra sweetness and color

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Wash and halve the baby creamer potatoes and place them into a sealable bag.
  3. Add vegetable oil, Slap Ya Mama® seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the bag, seal it, and shake to coat the potatoes.
  4. In a frying pan, cook sliced kielbasa with ¼ cup of water until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Combine the browned sausage into the bag with the seasoned potatoes, and sauté onions and minced garlic in butter until onions are translucent.
  6. Mix the sautéed onion and garlic into the bag with potatoes and sausages along with drained green beans.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for about 40 minutes.
  8. Remove foil after baking and crisp the top for an additional 5-10 minutes if desired.
