Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large lidded skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil over medium heat for about 1 minute.
  2. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and a pinch of red pepper flakes to the hot oil and stir constantly for about 30 seconds.
  3. Toss in 1 bunch of trimmed broccolini and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of sea salt, stirring frequently for approximately 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in 1/4 cup of water and quickly cover the skillet, reducing the heat to low to steam the broccolini for 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, squeeze the juice of half a fresh lemon over the sautéed broccolini, and toss gently to combine.
