- Preheat your slow cooker to the LOW setting.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Add diced onion, thyme, parsley, red pepper flakes, and salt to the skillet with the browned beef. Cook until the onions are soft.
- Transfer the beef and onion mixture to your preheated slow cooker.
- Chop the cabbage into 1-inch pieces and layer them over the beef mixture.
- In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and half a cup of water. Mix well.
- Pour the prepared sauce mixture over the cabbage and beef in the slow cooker.
- Set your slow cooker to cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
