Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your slow cooker to the LOW setting.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add diced onion, thyme, parsley, red pepper flakes, and salt to the skillet with the browned beef. Cook until the onions are soft.
  4. Transfer the beef and onion mixture to your preheated slow cooker.
  5. Chop the cabbage into 1-inch pieces and layer them over the beef mixture.
  6. In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and half a cup of water. Mix well.
  7. Pour the prepared sauce mixture over the cabbage and beef in the slow cooker.
  8. Set your slow cooker to cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
  9. Once cooked, test for tenderness and serve the rolls hot over rice.
