  • 1 cup broccoli cut into florets
  • 1 cup snap peas trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoons oil for cooking
