Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Lay the pounded flank steak flat, seasoning both sides with salt and pepper.

  4. Spread the filling over the flank steak, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks or twine.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the braciole for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Pour marinara sauce over the braciole, lower the heat, and cover the skillet.
