Cooking Steps

  6. Return the Beef to the Pan: Add the browned beef back and pour in enough broth to cover. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low.
  7. Simmer for Tenderness: Let simmer on low heat for about 2 hours until beef is fork-tender, stirring occasionally.
