Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned and crisp.
  2. Add minced garlic to the pot and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes until bright green.
  4. Add orzo, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the pot. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to a simmer and cover the pot. Cook for 10-12 minutes until orzo is tender.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  7. Serve hot and garnish with parsley.
