  • 9.75 ounces Doritos nacho cheese flavor is recommended
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese try Pepper Jack or Monterey Jack for extra heat

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Dorito Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, then drain excess fat.
  3. Mix in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, condensed cheddar cheese soup, and milk. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. In a baking dish, crush and layer half of the Doritos at the bottom.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the Doritos.
  6. Top with remaining Doritos and shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
