- Gather your ingredients: chop two medium onions, slice sausages, and cube four medium potatoes. Prepare carrots if using.
- In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add bacon, sauté for 5-7 minutes until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, brown sausages for 8-10 minutes on all sides, then add onions and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
