Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic to the beef and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Flatten rounds of biscuit dough to about 3-4 inches in diameter.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and garlic mixture in the center, then add a cube of cheddar and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Fold the dough over the filling, sealing tightly by pinching the edges.
- Arrange the filled bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet, spaced evenly.
- Brush melted butter over the tops of each bomb and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Keep an eye on them towards the end.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
