  • 1 lb Ground Beef lean options preferred
  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets fresh or frozen
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce low-sodium preferred
  • 1 tbsp Ginger fresh, grated
For Flavor Enhancement
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil add at the end
  • 4 cups Rice or Noodles for serving

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Cook for about 7 minutes, breaking it apart until completely browned.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger into the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and about 1/4 cup of water. Cover the skillet and steam for 3-5 minutes until vibrant and tender.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and drizzle the sesame oil. Stir and simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  5. Ladle the mixture over rice or noodles and garnish as desired.
