Cooking Steps
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Cook for about 7 minutes, breaking it apart until completely browned.
- Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger into the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and about 1/4 cup of water. Cover the skillet and steam for 3-5 minutes until vibrant and tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce and drizzle the sesame oil. Stir and simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes.
