  1. In a small saucepan, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt over medium heat. Stir continuously for about 2–3 minutes until the sugar and salt dissolve completely.
  2. Once your sushi rice is warm, transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Gently fold the vinegar mixture into the rice using a wooden spatula for about 3–4 minutes until evenly coated.
