Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or pork, egg, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix until just combined.
  2. Scoop out portions of the meat mixture and roll them into balls about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the formed meatballs for 20–25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. While meatballs are baking, heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add heavy cream, beef broth, soy sauce or coconut aminos, and mustard. Stir until it simmers.
  5. Once meatballs are cooked, transfer them into the saucepan with the sauce and allow to simmer for 3–5 minutes.
  6. Serve the Keto Swedish Meatballs hot, garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan.
