Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to the broil setting.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  3. Lightly oil your hands and roll the turkey mixture into uniform meatballs, about the size of a quarter.
  4. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In the same skillet, add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until thickened.
  6. Coat the meatballs in the creamy sauce and allow to heat through for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Transfer to the broiler for 2-3 minutes until a golden crust forms.
  8. Serve and garnish with extra parsley and Parmesan cheese.
