- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Whisk until the sugar dissolves completely.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add 1 pound of ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked beef in the skillet, stir well, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
