Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Stir in 4 minced garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon of freshly minced ginger into the skillet with the beef. Continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add 2 cups of your choice of chopped vegetables into the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet still crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Pour this mixture over the beef and vegetables in the skillet.
