- Start by preparing the pancake batter using your favorite pre-made mix, following the instructions on the package.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add your choice of sausage. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and let it cool.
- Gently fold in the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, and a drizzle of maple syrup into the pancake batter.
- Prepare a mini muffin pan by greasing it lightly and pour the batter mixture into each compartment, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
