Ingredients
  

For the Potstickers
  • 1 package Frozen Potstickers pork, chicken, shrimp, or vegetarian options
For the Stir Fry
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil use sparingly
  • 1 cup Mushrooms (sliced) shiitake or button mushrooms
  • 1 cup Onions (sliced) yellow or white onions
  • 1 cup Broccoli cut into small florets
  • 1 cup Carrots (sliced) can substitute with bell peppers
  • 1 cup Green Beans (trimmed) snap peas can be a substitute
For the Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch essential for thickening
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce or gluten-free tamari
  • ¼ cup Rice Wine Vinegar apple cider vinegar works too
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar or Honey adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger fresh ginger preferred
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds optional, for crunch
  • 2 tablespoons Sliced Green Onions optional

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with ½ cup of cold water until smooth. Add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar or honey, and grated ginger. Set aside.
  2. Slice mushrooms and onions thinly, cut carrots into matchsticks, trim green beans, and separate broccoli into small florets.
  3. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Arrange frozen potstickers in a single layer in the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until golden brown on the bottom, then add ¼ cup of water, cover, and steam for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Transfer potstickers to a plate and add sliced mushrooms and onions to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until onions are translucent.
  6. Add broccoli and carrots to the skillet, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until broccoli is tender. Toss in green beans and stir until just tender.
  7. Return the potstickers to the skillet. Pour sauce over the mixture, tossing gently to coat and cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  8. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving warm.
